I built Hyven because every training plan I tried assumed my week looks the same as last week’s. It doesn’t. I do CrossFit on Tuesday, ride with the club on Saturday, and some weeks I sleep five hours a night. My plan needs to respect that — not push through it.

The beta is small on purpose. If you train across more than one sport and you’re tired of generic templates, I’d like to hear from you.
